Harvey Tauman, Founder and CEO
Mr. Tauman is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President and has served as the Chairman of the Board for Greyson International since the formation of the Company in 1996. Mr. Tauman previously served for 30 years as the Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Hydron Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company primarily engaged in the development and sales of personal care products. Under Mr. Tauman's management, shares of Hydron Technologies rose from $0.30 to approximately $150.00 per share, adjusted for three splits.

Chaudhury Mukesh Prasad, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Prasad has served as the Vice President of Operations for Greyson International since February 2003. Previously employed at Hydron Technologies, Inc. for 25 years, Mr. Prasad held the positions of Vice President, Secretary and Director, as well as other various roles.

Dr. Daniel Ettedgui, D.O., Director of Medical Products
Dr. Ettedgui has been appointed as Greyson International's Director of Medical Products. Dr. Ettedgui is a practicing physician in Florida, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, among others. Ettedgui is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University and Davidson College.
